The Senior Management Team are responsible for the operational management and development of Care4all’s services. They are knowledgeable and experienced but most importantly ensure that Care4all operates as a values-based organisation that puts the people that it supports at the very heart of service delivery. The Senior Management Team are very proud to be part of Care4all and all that it achieves.
I started working with adults with learning disabilities at Caistor Hospital in 1986. When the long stay hospital was closed I came to work at the newly opened Cromwell Road Resource Centre firstly as a Programme Worker and latterly as a Team Leader. In 2011 I became the manager of Personal Assistant Support Solutions and Living Our Lives, which gives me the opportunity to enable individuals to choose how they would like to live their lives and ensure we provide bespoke support for individuals to live in their own homes.
Following a short police force career of 7 years, I worked in a variety of social care roles from 1993. In 2007 I moved into a senior management role in North East Lincolnshire Care Trust Plus. The same year I co-founded Jobs4all, the original name of what eventually became Care4all.
Since April 2013 I have been the Chief Executive Officer of Care4All and although it is undoubtedly the hardest job I have ever had, it is also the best job in the world!
I joined Jobs4all in 2010 as the manager of the then Personal Assistant Bureau. I left to pursue another career within the NHS but was persuaded to return to Care4all as Volunteer Co-ordinator in 2011. Alongside this role I began delivering the payroll service for PASS and later for the charity as a whole. I am now the Payroll Manager at Care4all and recently won the tender to provide payroll for a large supported living provider. I am looking forward to launching our rebranded Universal Payroll services and expanding the service further this year.
